On October 22, Global FinTech Lab held its first Annual Roundtable conference in Shenzhen, China. The meeting was attended by Global FinTech Lab advisors, partners, researchers, and over 80 representatives from Chinese financial institutions and fintech companies.
The theme of the roundtable discussion was “Opportunities and Challenges of Global Fintech”. Experts shared their insights on the topic from a variety of angles – macroeconomics, capital market, financial regulations, and artificial intelligence. The event also marked the official launch of Global FinTech Lab and the Fintech Chapter of the China SME Association. The Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen attended the launch ceremony, signifying the city’s support of building an innovative and collaborative Fintech ecosystem.
